Amid the rapid currents of technological change, Tonkla School has strengthened its mission and direction to keep pace with evolving innovations. As part of this transformation, we have repositioned ourselves from Tonkla Alternative School to Tonkla Modern School.

Primary
Tonkla School has enhanced its primary school curriculum to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate future challenges. Our approach emphasizes natural, age-appropriate development, ensuring that students find joy in learning while building essential life skills.
We encourage creativity and imagination, empowering students to solve complex problems and design innovations that align with their needs and contribute to society. Through this holistic approach, we prepare students not just for academics, but for a future where they can think critically, adapt, and thrive.
Pre-school/Kindergarten
At Tonkla School, we provide a nurturing early childhood education that supports children’s natural development at every stage. Our approach fosters beauty, patience, love, confidence, critical thinking, empathy, and a deep passion for learning—while building a strong foundation in language skills.
In a safe, friendly, and open-minded environment, we embrace a variety of learning methods, drawing from 12 years of experience in designing a learn-through-play approach. We also integrate the HEI Schools Teacher Toolkit from Finland, ensuring that each child discovers the joy of learning in their own unique way.

Kindergarten Curriculum from Finland
Toolkit Curriculum is a high standard curriculum from Finland that elevates the school curriculum to international standard. It comes with Finnish-style early childhood education management, curriculum structure, teaching materials, assessment tools. Also, it furthers the development of teacher potential through regular exchanges with the HEI Schools team in Finland.
